The librarians are not equipped to do this for you. But you have access to an online writing center through Brainfuse. You can chat live with a tutor or submit your paper for feedback. They will accept theses, but you may want to break it into smaller chunks so the file isn't too large.
You can also contact the UW-Stout Writing Center. They will not help with theses.
